We are seeking a skilled and proactive Functions Supervisor to support oversee the seamless delivery of a wide range of events.

With adaptable function spaces, our venues are the preferred choice for private functions and corporate conferences.

The Role

As a Functions Supervisor, you will support the Functions Manager in being responsible for clients and the driving force behind the success of each event. This is a hands-on leadership role where professionalism, initiative, and strong organisational skills are essential.

About the role:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events





- Liaise with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining high service standards

- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to deliver seamless events

- Manage event logistics, staff rostering, and post-event reporting

- Deliver memorable guest experiences that keep clients coming back

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role within hotels, venues, or high-end hospitality

- Natural leadership and the ability to manage multiple events at once

- A robust background in function coordination and event operations

- Outstanding communication and organisational skills

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
