This Software Developer Engineer position is based in Brisbane, Queensland, within the Information Technology sector. The role focuses on end-to-end user acceptance testing (E2E UAT) activities for Australian-based projects scheduled around 8 October, working closely with stakeholders coordinated by an external Singapore team (SG ext). The successful candidate will apply software engineering knowledge to ensure that developed solutions meet agreed functional and non-functional requirements before production release. This opportunity suits a Bachelor-qualified IT professional who is comfortable working with structured test scenarios, collaborating across locations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of software delivery and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify end-to-end UAT scope, objectives, dependencies and expected outcomes across assigned applications.
- Prepare and review E2E UAT test scenarios, test cases and test data to ensure all functional and integration requirements are adequately covered.
- Execute UAT test cases systematically, record results accurately and document defects with sufficient detail to support effective root cause analysis.
- Work with development, QA and Singapore external coordination teams to track defect resolution, perform re-testing and support timely sign-off of UAT cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing structured feedback on UAT processes, documentation quality and system usability for future releases.

- Effective communication skills to liaise with business users, local technical teams and Singapore-based external stakeholders on UAT matters.
- Solid time management skills to plan UAT tasks, meet agreed testing schedules and support project timelines around key release dates.
