We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Data Migration to support a large‑scale BSS/OSS transformation program with a robust focus on data migration. This role is responsible for bridging business and technology, ensuring customer and product data is accurately understood, mapped, validated, and migrated to meet business and operational requirements.
You will take a lead role in engaging stakeholders and technical SMEs to uncover existing data models, business rules, and system dependencies, and translate these into clear, actionable migration requirements. Working closely with data architects, delivery teams, and business users, you will ensure migrated data is fit for purpose, validated through UAT, and aligned to agreed acceptance criteria.
This role suits a hands‑on Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in complex data environments, can navigate ambiguity, and is confident leading workshops and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
