Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our Marion Domain Medical Centre and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing people, driving operational success, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, manage financial performance, and lead a team focused on delivering outstanding service.

About the Role

As the Head of Practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operations of the centre

- Identify, review and resolve operational issues

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and efficiencies

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards

- Monitor rosters, budgets and centre performance

- Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities

- Coach, mentor and develop team members

- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Manage centre profitability and P&L; performance

- Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder experiences

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven leadership and management experience

- Previous experience managing operational performance and budgets

- Strong organisational and time management skills





- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service

- The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

- Qualifications in Business Administration, Practice Management, or a related field will be highly regarded
