The Opportunity

As a Duty Manager, you'll lead from the front, overseeing daily food and beverage operations while driving exceptional service standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences.

What You'll Bring

- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant, bistro, bar, or premium hospitality environment
- A passion for coaching and motivating teams to perform at their best
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of RSA compliance, liquor licensing requirements, and responsible service practices
- A focus on maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, safety, and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays,



and peak trading periods

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) and Approved Manager Licence, or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience managing and resolving alcohol-related service issues
