The Opportunity

We are excited to have secured a new contract at a prestigious landmark site in Melbourne – Queen Victoria Market. As we build our onsite team, we are recruiting for several leadership positions, including:

✔ Supervisors

✔ Team Leaders

✔ Managers

These positions offer the prospect to lead and support teams in a high-profile environment, helping to deliver consistently high standards of service, presentation and safety.

Shifts

Positions will operate Monday to Sunday, with shifts available across operating hours ranging from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Specific hours will vary depending on the position and operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Leading, supporting and motivating onsite teams

✔ Coordinating daily operations, rosters and shift coverage

✔ Maintaining high standards of service delivery, presentation and safety

✔ Conducting quality inspections and supporting compliance requirements

✔ Building positive relationships with team members, clients and onsite stakeholders

✔ Coaching employees, addressing day-to-day issues and supporting performance

✔ Managing equipment,



stock and consumables as required

✔ Providing hands-on operational support when needed

What You'll Bring

• Previous leadership experience in cleaning, facilities services, hospitality or another service-based environment

• Strong communication and people leadership skills

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile environment

• Confidence using technology for reporting, audits, rostering or timesheets

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to complete required pre-employment checks
