Due to continuous, increased growth, we are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician with experience in large commercial building mechanical services and central plant HVAC to join our expanding team.

- Our Focus: The Service Delivery Team is entirely focused on ensuring the highest quality HVAC infrastructure maintenance and service outcomes.

What You Will Do

- Customer Relations: Liaise with clients to ensure excellent service delivery, minimize complaints, and resolve site work or documentation issues.

- Technical Tasks: Perform inspections, fault finding, and corrective maintenance on fixtures and apparatus associated with air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

- Team Leadership: Oversees the day-to-day site activities of Apprentices within your designated team.

- External Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure efficient programming and workflow on-site.

- Contract Compliance: Ensure all designated service works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements.

Skills and Attributes You Possess

- Technical Knowledge: Sound, robust knowledge of complex commercial air conditioning systems.





- Autonomy & Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating within a wider team.

- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex faults.

- Time Management: Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously under changing priorities.

- Safety First: High level of commitment to WHS standards and a deeply safety-conscious mindset.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements to Apply

- Licensing: Must possess all relevant trade qualifications, industry licenses, and certificates required to legally practice in Western Australia.
