Bunbury Toyota is a proudly family-owned and operated local business with over 50 years of history in the Bunbury community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organised person to join our team as a New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator.
This hands-on position plays an important role in ensuring our current Toyota vehicles are prepared, presented and ready for delivery to our customers.
Working closely with our Current Vehicle Department, Sales Consultants and Pre-Delivery Department, you'll help coordinate the final stages of vehicle preparation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and driving new Toyota vehicles between external suppliers, contractors and our dealership.
- Working closely with our New Vehicle Department, Sales Consultants and Pre-Delivery team to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.
- Coordinating vehicle accessories, window tinting, detailing and other preparation requirements.
- Monitoring vehicle progress to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Ensuring vehicles are clean, professionally presented and ready for customer handover.
- Assisting with general vehicle movements and dealership operations as required.
We are looking for a person who:
- Is reliable,
punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Holds a current manual driver's licence – essential.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Enjoys working around vehicles in a busy dealership environment
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Previous automotive industry experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
We're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
