Settle Easy is an established property law and conveyancing business operating across Victoria, Current South Wales and Queensland.

We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager, Property Lawyer or Senior Conveyancer to join our Queensland team.

The role can be shaped around the right person. We're open to someone who wants to take on broader responsibility for the Queensland practice, as well as an experienced practitioner who wants autonomy and the opportunity to grow with the business.

About the role

As a senior practitioner, you'll manage residential conveyancing and property matters from start to finish, including contract reviews, client advice, stakeholder management and settlement.

You'll have genuine autonomy, work directly with clients and referral partners and contribute to improving our processes, technology and client experience.

For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take on broader leadership and practice management responsibility as the Queensland team grows.

You'll be joining a remote team that values accountability, collaboration and open communication.

What you'll bring

- 5+ years' experience in residential property law and/or conveyancing

- Strong knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing

- Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish

- Strong contract review skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice





- Excellent client and stakeholder communication

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence using technology and learning new systems

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a 'can do' attitude

- The ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a remote team

- A willingness to support and guide less experienced colleagues

For the Practice Manager opportunity, we're particularly interested in someone with leadership experience, commercial thinking and the ability to look beyond individual files and contribute to the broader direction of the practice.

Cross-jurisdictional experience will be highly regarded but isn't essential.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the client experience and wants to be part of building something.
