We’re looking for Casual and/or Part time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at RB SELLARS DENI.

We’re after someone who is energetic, friendly and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Retail experience is preferred, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely connects with our brand and our customers.

A rural background or connection to rural Australia is highly desirable, as is a genuine love for the RB SELLARS brand and what we stand for.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential

- A warm, friendly and confident approach to customer service

- A passion for sales and achieving great results

- Genuine enthusiasm for the RB SELLARS brand

- Availability to work rotating weekends or regular weekend shifts, plus occasional weekday shifts

- A reliable, energetic and team-focused attitude

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create an excellent customer experience and drive customer sales in-store

- Assist with Visual merchandising including the upkeep and layout of the store so that it meets the RB Sellars standards

- Follow retail operational procedures so the back-of-house runs smoothly
