Our Recruitment division is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the supply of Payroll staff, with a particular focus on payroll professionals who are experienced with our own software systems. The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for contract or permanent positions.

Our client is seeking a full-time payroll professional to join the Finance and HR team based in Boronia. You will be required to work onsite everyday collaborating with other departments and processing payroll for 300 staff using our MicrOpay payroll software system.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for:

- Accurate maintenance and timely preparation fortnightly payroll including uploading,



data entry and checking of time keeping records, processing leave records, wage rate changes, maintaining updated employee records in both the payroll system and employee files.
- Statutory reporting including superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation etc.
- Reporting payroll information to managers, and responding to enquiries from employee and manager enquiries.

Essential pre-requisite skills include:

- Knowledge of payroll processing functions, the ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- A high level of attention to detail, analytical ability, robust mathematical and problem-solving ability,
- The ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills.
