DebtManagers is creating a brand-new Head of Field Operations role, turning purchased debt files into a clear, workable plan across Australia, balancing deadlines, geography and capacity.
Your day-to-day will include:

- Prioritising stock by urgency and recoverability
- Deciding where and when agents deploy
- Leading state-based teams remotely
- Shaping purchasing and growth strategy with leadership
- Exploring smarter tools to trace customers

ABOUT YOU
You'll bring experience working with complex data, including logistics, timing, geography and financial value, to make resourcing decisions that maximise return. Ideally you've built processes from scratch and led other leaders across dispersed teams. Experience in debt recovery, especially skip tracing, is an advantage but not essential.
You're likely someone who:

- Designs solutions, not just diagnoses problems
- Thrives building structure in fast-moving environments
- Confidently influences leaders and dispersed teams
- Happy to work hands-on alongside the team
