The Lorian Group is partnering with a growing construction business specialising in commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes across a range of commercial environments.

We’re looking for a hands-on, self-starting Site Manager to oversee projects predominantly across Brisbane, with regular travel required throughout the Sunshine Coast and out to Chinchilla.

With a strong pipeline of hospitality fitout and refurbishment projects, this is an prospect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their sites, managing subcontractors and driving projects from start to finish.

Given the regional nature of the role, you’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, making decisions on site and keeping projects moving without relying on extensive support from a larger team.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, plans ahead and can be trusted to deliver.

The Role

- Manage hospitality fitout and refurbishment projects from site establishment through to completion and handover.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Take ownership of project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong quality control and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues, keeping projects moving with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and resources, particularly across regional projects.
- Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager,



clients and key stakeholders.
- Travel regularly between Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Western Downs as project requirements dictate.

About You

We’re looking for a capable Site Manager who is confident running their own sites and understands what it takes to deliver successful fitout and refurbishment projects.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager or experienced Foreman within commercial construction.
- A solid background in hospitality fitout and refurbishment projects.
- The ability to independently manage subcontractors, programmes, quality and site safety.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The flexibility to travel regularly throughout South East Queensland and the Western Downs.
- A current driver's licence and relevant construction tickets and licences.
