The Dakabin Hotel is on the hunt for a Cellarman/Yardie.

We are looking for cellar staff to work across the Hotel and take control of taking deliveries and stocking bars during day and night hours. This role also may include general maintenance of hotel and surrounds, odd jobs and cleaning.

ABOUT YOU:

We are searching for super star cellar staff to keep our Bar's and Back of House facilities operational and serviced.

Essentially, you will be working in our Cellar looking after stock control, inwards goods receiving and keeping the bars topped up.

Day-to-Day Can Look Like-

- Maintaining the cellar and service outlets

- Requisitions and restocking of all service outlets

- Stock control and stocktaking

- Receiving, checking, and sorting of all deliveries

- Changing kegs





- Maintenance and management across total draft beer systems

- Maintain presentation of hotel bars and cellar store areas

- Basic maintenance of hotel and surrounds
