Description
- Manage DC operations in a modern facility to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage a large network of 3PL providers.
- Have a strong background in SAP WM
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business and customer demands.
- Lead, mentor, and support the logistics team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all distribution activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and streamline workflows.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Oversee budget management and cost control for the logistics department.
Profile
A successful National Warehouse Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain management within the retail industry.
- MUST have SAP WM background
- Solid leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
- Experience in process optimisation and cost management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
