The General Manager will take full ownership of a high-profile, high-volume venue, with a clear mandate to introduce fresh ideas, reinvigorate the guest experience and drive continued commercial success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing venue team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism and exceptional service

- Driving beverage performance through innovative initiatives, product development and a strong understanding of market trends

- Identifying and implementing new opportunities to enhance the guest experience, increase visitation and strengthen commercial performance

- Taking ownership of financial results, operational efficiency and the consistent delivery of premium venue standards
