About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on general practice nursing role across both our Fitzroy and North Fitzroy clinics, with genuine flexibility in how you structure your time across sites. Day to day, you'll work closely with our GPs delivering high-quality clinical care across a wide range of presentations — from chronic disease management and immunisations to wound care, health assessments, and acute support.

For the right candidate, there is also a real opportunity to develop in the cosmetic space. Clinicare has an active interest in expanding its cosmetic services, and we're looking for a nurse who either brings existing cosmetic experience or has a genuine appetite to build it under appropriate supervision and training.

What the Role Involves
General practice nursing across a broad and diverse patient caseload, chronic disease management, care plans, and health assessments, immunisation and preventive health programs, wound care and acute clinical support, collaboration with GPs, allied health, and reception teams, and for the right candidate, involvement in and development within cosmetic nursing services.

Who We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with demonstrated general practice nursing experience (GP clinic background essential), strong clinical skills across the core GP nursing scope, excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, professional manner with patients, and existing cosmetic nursing experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area. Experience with Best Practice management software and GP workflows is expected.
