? What You'll Be Doing
As an Employment Support Coach, you'll work alongside a team of employees with disability in our busy warehouse and packaging operation.
You'll:
- Coach, mentor and support employees to achieve their workplace goals
- Lead by example, working alongside the team each day
- Build confidence, independence and practical workplace skills
- Help coordinate daily production activities and meet customer deadlines
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive workplace
- Adapt to changing priorities and solve problems as they arise
- Celebrate achievements, big and small

- You're someone who:
- Enjoys working with and supporting people
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Has strong communication and computer skills
- Thrives in a busy, hands-on environment
- Has experience in warehousing, logistics or production (desirable but not essential)
Experience in disability, mental health, warehousing, logistics or production is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude who are ready to learn.

- First Aid Certificate
- C Class Driver’s Licence
