About the role
CBUS is continuing to evolve how we work and is seeking a Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of change across the organisation.
The Change Manager will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end change management activities across a range of business initiatives, helping leaders and employees understand, prepare for and adopt new ways of working.
This is a hands-on role that will partner closely with program and project leaders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to assess change impacts, build readiness and develop practical strategies that support implementation and adoption of change. The Change Manager will provide trusted advice to leaders, identify and manage people-related risks and ensure change is embedded in a sustainable way that delivery long-term value.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct change analysis, business impact assessments and manage end-to-end change activities to successfully embed change across the organisation
- Develop and deliver integrated change plans, including stakeholder engagement, change readiness, training and adoption strategies
- Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to understand impacts and translate business changes into practical actions
- Identify and manage people-related risks, resistance points, dependencies and mitigation strategies through the change lifecycle
- Track change readiness, adoption and effectiveness, adjusting approaches to support sustainable outcomes
What will you bring?
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management across large, complex programs or organisation-wide initiatives
- Strong expertise in structured change management methodologies, with formal certification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR®) highly regarded
- Demonstrated capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training and adoption planning
- Highly developed stakeholder management, coaching and influencing capability across senior leaders and delivery teams
- Strong analytical, communication, organisational and project management skills, with a commitment to role-modelling Cbus values and behaviours
