About The Opportunity
The Project Solutions Manager will play a crucial role in driving project work in Queensland. This position involves managing the project pipeline, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering effective solutions for construction challenges. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining the Queensland project pipeline, ensuring a minimum of 3x quarterly revenue target at all times.
- Leading tender responses from brief to submission, including management of EstimateOne.
- Proactively prospecting new builders and contractors to grow the state's key accounts.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with project managers, site managers, and engineers.
- Engaging early with customers to understand site constraints and providing practical solutions.
- Coordinating with installation teams and managing project communication through to completion.
- Monitoring HubSpot and pipeline data,
ensuring compliance with safety standards and performance metrics.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven record of winning project, construction or engineering services work, with evidence of wins, values and customers
- A construction or engineering background, with a sound understanding of structural and temporary works systems and the ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with tender processes and contract management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong proficiency in CRM, ERP and project management systems
You will also have:
- A current White Card (Construction Induction) and driver's licence
- Desirable: experience with propping, shoring, formwork or scaffold systems, and existing relationships with Queensland builders and contractors
- Desirable: a trade qualification, Cert IV, diploma or degree in engineering, construction or building
