Royal Adelaide Golf Club | Casual | Seaton, SA

Join one of Australia’s most highly regarded private members’ clubs in a customer-focused role combining premium retail, fashion, member service and day-to-day Club operations.

We are looking for a friendly, polished and enthusiastic Golf Services Team Member and Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

This role would suit someone with experience or an interest in retail, fashion, hospitality, tourism or premium customer service who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.

Golf experience is not essential. A positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn are more important.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering warm, attentive and professional service to Members and guests.

- Assisting customers with apparel, footwear, accessories and merchandise.

- Providing personalised product recommendations and helping customers find the right fit, style and product.

- Processing sales and using point-of-sale systems.

- Assisting with visual merchandising, stock presentation and replenishment.

- Maintaining a polished, organised and welcoming retail environment.

- Supporting Member bookings, enquiries and general Club services.

- Working closely with the Professional Shop Manager and wider team.

- Assisting with Club operations and activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Have robust attention to detail and presentation.

- Work well as part of a team.

- Are reliable, organised and willing to learn.

- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

- Are available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

Experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, tourism or customer service will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

The successful candidate will work across a rotating casual roster, with weekend availability essential.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
