About the role

To support the efficient manufacture, packing, and dispatch of construction chemical products in a safe and compliant factory environment. The Production & Warehouse Operator plays a hands-on role in daily production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labelling, and packaging of products in accordance with production schedules and SOPs.

- Operate machinery and equipment safely and in line with manufacturer instructions and company procedures.

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

- Receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods.

- Assist with phone calls and Direct Sales from warehouse.

- Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.





- Load and unload deliveries in a safe and effective manner.

- Follow all WHS policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.

- Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.

About you

- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments (preferred).

- Physically capable of manual handling tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Reliable, punctual, and team focused.

- Forklift licence. (preferred)

- Intermediate Computer Skills (preferred).
