We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies that strengthen Insight Academy's brand presence, promote its educational programs and support student enrolment growth. The position involves conducting market research, analysing industry trends, identifying promotional opportunities and evaluating marketing performance across domestic and international education markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify student demand, emerging education trends and opportunities for Insight Academy's English language and vocational training programs.

2. Analyse competitor offerings, student preferences and marketing strategies within Melbourne's international education and vocational training markets.

3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Insight Academy's English, entrepreneurship, construction, sustainability and project management programs.

4. Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across the academy's website, social media and online advertising platforms to strengthen brand awareness and attract prospective students.

5. Monitor and evaluate marketing performance,



including website engagement, student enquiries, lead generation and enrolment conversion rates, to improve campaign effectiveness.

6. Research target student markets and recommend promotional strategies tailored to different student demographics, educational interests and international audiences.

7. Advise management on brand positioning and marketing initiatives that highlight Insight Academy's experiential learning approach, practical training and industry-focused education.

8. Coordinate promotional content and marketing initiatives showcasing the academy's courses, student experiences, industry partnerships, masterclasses and networking events.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

· At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a closely related role.

· Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and marketing performance data.

· Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating marketing strategies and digital campaigns.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives.

· Experience in the education or vocational training sector is desirable.

· Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish or another additional language is desirable to support engagement with diverse student communities and international education markets.
