About the role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be part of a high-performing Customer Experience team that prides itself on delivering service that is professional, responsive and customer-centred. Working in a fast-paced environment,
you'll combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to ensure customer enquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service across a range of enquiries and transactions
- Processing water orders, trading activities, account management and customer requests
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Providing clear information and practical solutions to customer enquiries
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Experience in customer service, administration or a busy operational environment will be highly regarded, however attitude, adaptability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
You'll be someone who:
- Delivers exceptional, customer-focused service.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues
- Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions

- Holds a current driver’s licence
