We are currently looking for a Restaurant Planner in our Supply Chain team. Based in the HO, this role will be responsible for managing system settings that impact the quality of order proposals for the Restaurant Planning team. This includes the application of safety stock policy, yield settings, and other replenishment attributes.
Day to day you will:
- Analyse safety stock settings for promotional launches, State/National Events and Holidays as well as other specific events.
- Analyse restaurant yield calculations, identify trends and anomalies and implement solutions.
- Support the training and education of restaurant planners.
- Maintain set ups of recipes and BOM management for all National, State and Local promotions.
- Daily review and correction of exception reporting on system settings to ensure order accuracy.
- Responsible for maintaining item and restaurant settings in restaurant planning systems, including Location details, New Restaurant Set Ups, Manual Item set ups and exception flags.
- Model the impact of ROP setting changes on restaurant planning and the broader supply chain.
- Conduct analysis into macro trends and present insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain restaurant planning support tools.
- Review and develop training material relating to noted processes.
- Present proposed changes to safety stock policy to restaurant planning leadership.
- Ad Hoc reporting on promotions and restaurant planning.

- Experience in data analytics and planning
- Advanced knowledge on the KOMPASS suite
- Expertise across data analysis and visualization tools including Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data and insights
- Ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem solve
- Able to organise findings and share/communicate clearly and effectively
