Your new role

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Provide outstanding service to walk-in and phone-based customers.
- Interpret and source trailer parts accurately and efficiently.
- Support the workshop team with timely parts supply.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day parts operations.
- Assist with warehouse duties and forklift operation when required.

What you'll need to succeed

- Permanent working rights in Australia.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A current Forklift Licence and flexibility to assist in the warehouse.




- A skilled approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance.
