About the role

BEAR Marketing is looking for an experienced, confident and commercially driven B2B Telemarketer / Telephone Sales Specialist to join the team on a casual, work-from-home basis or working from the office in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane. You'll work across a variety of business clients, promoting qualified services, training courses and B2B products and solutions to corporate decision-makers. This is not an entry-level position. You need to already know how to sell and have the results to prove it.

Key responsibilities

- Making outbound B2B calls to prospective corporate customers

- Generating qualified leads, booking appointments and selling business products, services or training courses

- Confidently engaging business owners, CEOs, senior managers and other decision-makers

- Building relationships, identifying opportunities and handling objections

- Managing prospect follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records

- Providing daily reporting on calls, conversations, leads, appointments and sales outcomes

- Working towards agreed activity targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes

About you

- Minimum 3 years' demonstrated B2B telephone sales or appointment-setting experience

- Experience selling training courses, professional services or other B2B products and solutions

- A proven ability to generate quality appointments,



leads or direct sales

- Outstanding communication and conversational skills

- Confidence engaging senior business decision-makers

- Strong objection-handling, questioning and closing skills

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using CRM systems and everyday business technology

- Highly disciplined, exceptionally organised and genuinely accountable for performance

- Self-motivated and productive, able to work independently and take complete ownership of daily activities, follow-ups and results
