About the Role
We have an opportunity available for an entry level Accounts Assistant to join our team supporting our ANZ business.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Customer Service – handling account queries
Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts
Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status
Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.
Process and manage cancellations.
Investigate unresolved issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries

Qualifications

Qualifications We want to hear from you if you:




Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Customer Service skills – phone and email
An understanding of the AR function
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

Additional information
This is a full time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde.
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm during weekdays in the office (note that this is an in office position).
Easy commute as our office is right on the Metro station at North Ryde.
