Job Description

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
