We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team in Oakleigh East.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales
Assist customers with product selection
Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
Provide valuable support to the external sales team

Selection Criteria:
Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred




Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
