Flinders + Co is one of Australia’s top meat distributors based in Port Melbourne and we’re looking for high achieving Knifehands and Butchers to join our fast growing business.

We supply some of the world's best meat to the world's best restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Melbourne and beyond. We are passionate about the brands we represent – ethical, sustainable, boutique producers. Our butchery team is world class and produce beautiful sausages, steaks, burgers and schnitzels.

The role will involve working with our Day Shift Production Team with portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller,



and the opportunity to design recent products and lines for our food service customers.
