iPadel Melbourne is looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a relaxed hospitality role within our padel club. The main duties are simple café service and helping look after our members and guests.
Main duties include:
Making coffees and basic café drinks
Preparing simple sandwiches and light food
Heating and selling pizza slices
Serving customers at the counter
Processing payments
Keeping the café and food preparation area clean and organised
Restocking drinks and food when required
Providing friendly customer service to club members and visitors
This is not a heavy kitchen or chef role. Food preparation is simple, and the position is mainly focused on coffee, light food preparation and customer service.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has basic barista or café experience
Is friendly, positive and confident with customers
Is clean, organised and reliable
Can work independently when required
Is happy to help with general hospitality duties
Has positive communication skills
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
Location: iPadel Melbourne – Reservoir
Casual / part time hours available, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows.
