About the Role Support our team by ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll manage maintenance requests, perform repairs, and uphold safety standards.
Duration:
Farmborough/Unanderra: ASAP starting, with potential to extend. Minimum 4 month contract
Key Responsibilities
Prioritise tasks via CMMS
Perform general maintenance: lighting, plumbing, painting, waste disposal
Ensure contractor safety and site inductions
Communicate with staff and residents
Maintain WHS and compliance standards
About You
Trade qualification or 2+ years' experience
Valid driver’s license
Valid police clearance
WHS and building compliance knowledge
CMMS familiarity (preferred)
Solid problem-solving, initiative, and communication skills
Comfortable with both planned and reactive tasks
