Melissa Mitchell Property is a local, growing agency supporting clients across Haliday Bay, Seaforth and Mackay. We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to help with property management support and the day-to-day running of our office.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised and getting out to local properties. Property industry experience is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.
What you’ll do
Assist with property inspections using our 360-degree camera
Support entry, exit and routine inspection processes
Help tenants and owners with everyday enquiries
Answer phones and provide friendly office support
Assist with filing, records and general administration
Help with property opens and local errands
Support the team with day-to-day property management tasks
What we’re looking for
A friendly, qualified and dependable approach
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence speaking with tenants,
owners and local service providers
Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
Able to travel locally to properties for inspections and errands
Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a small team

Pay: From $29.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
