About the role
Lead our Perth install crews on site. You run the job, set the standard and hand over a finished product.
Lead, mentor and support the installation team
Manage scope of work and variations with the client
Read plans, sequence the work and solve problems on site
Install loose furniture and joinery to a high finish
Keep project paperwork accurate: timesheets, change orders and inventory
Enforce WHS and risk management procedures
Own the result through to defect-free handover

About you
Trade background as a cabinetmaker, joiner or shopfitter
Leading hand or supervisor experience, or ready to step up
High craftsmanship standards and attention to detail




Explicit communicator with crews, builders and clients
Own tools, driver's licence and white card
First Aid and CPR certificate, or willing to obtain
Full working rights in Australia
An advantage: Corian installation experience and willingness to work away from home
