We are looking for a part time Guest Service Agent to join our team.

Key duties include:
Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
Attend to all guest queries in a timely manner
Address complaints presented by the guest in an effective and positive manner
Maintain a high level of health and safety for all guests and staff

To be successful in the role you will have:
minimum of 1 year working experience in guest services.
Exceptional communication & time management skills
The ability to work well under pressure and possess a high attention to detail.




Flexible work availability across 7 days, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
