We are a small, hands-on team of 3 looking for a reliable and experienced Tiler to join our growing business. Working mainly on residential and small commercial projects around Brisbane city area, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality tiling work. This role is ideal for someone with solid trade experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in their craft, and values being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and level surfaces before tiling.
Measure, cut, and lay various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
Mix and apply adhesives and grout to ensure a professional finish.
Follow layout plans, drawings, and site specifications.
Perform tile repairs and maintenance as needed.
Maintain a clean and secure job site.
Communicate clearly with the team and occasionally with clients.
Work efficiently, both independently and alongside others.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified tradesman.
Proven ability to complete high-quality tiling work with attention to detail.
Good spoken and written English – must be able to follow instructions and communicate in office.
Physically fit and capable of manual work in various conditions.
Own basic tiling tools and reliable transport (essential).
Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
