The Role

Golden Bakery is a family-owned bakery with a passion for creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and more. With locations in Osborne Park and Perth City, we’re known for our delicious treats, and friendly atmosphere.

We're currently hiring a full time Counter Server (FOH) to join our team at our Osborne Park location.

Position Description:

Provide friendly customer service, take orders, process sales, keep displays stocked and tidy, and work with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities
Serve customers and take orders.
Use Square POS for all transactions.
Answer product questions and suggest additional items.
Deal with customer complaints.
Keep displays stocked and looking appealing (including drinks fridge).
Perform miscellaneous tasks during quiet periods (folding boxes,



filling up stock etc.).
Tell kitchen when items are running low.
Pack catering orders.
Keep counter and seating areas clean.
Do daily cash counts.
Fulfill pickup orders.
Work with kitchen on timing for large orders.
Look after regular customers.
Prepare coffee (if trained).

What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service (preferably 1 year+)
Experience managing POS, assisting customer and comfortable working behind the counter.
Experience making coffee (not mandatory)
