Key Responsibilities:
Opening & closing the store and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene policies to guarantee a safe and high-quality service
Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Preparing and assembling sandwiches and other menu items to customer specifications
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and front of house
Working as part of a team to ensure efficient store operations during busy periods

Quick thinking and highly organized to keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen
