We are seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide person-centred support to NDIS participants under a contractor arrangement.

Key responsibilities
Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans.
Consult with participants, families, support workers and other professionals.
Develop practical strategies that build skills, improve quality of life and address behaviours of concern.
Provide training and guidance to support teams.
Review behaviour data and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
Maintain accurate reports and clinical records.
Address restrictive practice requirements where applicable.

About you
Recognised as suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver behaviour support.




Experience completing assessments and writing behaviour support plans.
Robust communication and report-writing skills.
Able to manage your caseload and meet deadlines while working remotely.
Hold an ABN, appropriate skilled insurance and relevant worker screening clearances.

What we offer
