Provide technical support in the design, documentation, testing and troubleshooting of electrical control systems for industrial Busch vacuum systems, including preparation of electrical drawings, component selection and cost estimation.
Key responsibilities
Prepare electrical drawings, schematics and control panel documentation
Assist with design and layout of electrical control systems
Select electrical and automation components
Assist with material and cost estimations
Support PLC programming and modification
Test, commission and troubleshoot electrical and control systems
Provide technical support to workshop, Field Service Technicians and Project Managers
Maintain technical documentation
Implement all required ISO standards, procedures and Good Manufacturing processes
About you
Sound understanding of electrical systems and control panels
Ability to read and prepare electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting
Understanding of electrical components and mechanical construction
Good technical communication and teamwork skills
Continuous improvement and 5S experience
Strong focus on safety, quality and customer requirements
Versatile and highly organized in approach to work
Team-oriented, co-operative, shows initiative and has valuable problem-solving skills
