Your Day-to-Day
You’ll play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations by:
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently
Assisting with basic food preparation as required
Ensuring waste is managed correctly and work areas remain organised
Supporting chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods
Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
Replenishing supplies and assisting with stock organisation
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Robust attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment and under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
