M Tech Suspension is seeking a competent and experienced General Motor Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working as part of a busy team. The successful applicant will have strong mechanical knowledge, good diagnostic skills and the ability to carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance across a range of vehicles.
Key responsibilities
Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance across a range of vehicles
Perform general vehicle servicing and maintenance
Conduct mechanical fault finding and diagnostics
Perform brake repairs and maintenance
Carry out suspension and steering repairs
Perform engine and transmission repairs
Conduct vehicle inspections and mechanical diagnostics
Perform tyre and wheel alignment work
Work on a range of makes and models
Work unsupervised and as part of a team
About you
Trade Certificate – Motor Mechanic (Required)
Qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician
Good diagnostic and scan tool skills
Tyre and wheel alignment knowledge
Ability to work on a range of makes and models
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
