Only Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and adaptable Chef Tournant to work across its multiple quick-paced Melbourne pub venues.
This candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide hands-on support, training and operational assistance in the kitchen.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience working in high-volume pub or bistro environments
Solid all-round kitchen skills across different sections
The ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced services
A flexible approach to rostering and venue requirements
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A professional attitude with a hands-on approach
Must have own transport.
