To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in sales and marketing management or a related leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Robust leadership, commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing sales teams, business development initiatives and marketing budgets.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, data analytics and performance reporting.
Experience within the international education, migration or professional services sector will be highly regarded.
