Located in Wendouree, Ferguson Plarre is seeking an experienced, reliable, and grounded team member to join us in a long-term casual role.

We are looking for someone with solid life and work experience who takes pride in doing a job well, brings a calm confidence to customer service, and wants a stable position they can stick with long-term.

Schedule Requirements:
Must be available Monday to Friday with a 7:30 AM start.

What You Bring to the Team:
Proven Experience: Confidence on the floor, strong barista/coffee skills, and comfort handling POS cash operations.
Skilled Communication: Transparent, fluent, and approachable communication with a natural ability to connect with customers and upsell.
Solid Work Ethic: High standards for reliability, punctuality, and honesty. You take initiative and lead by example.
Positive Energy: Energetic, adaptable, and eager to be part of a vibrant team environment.

Please note: No baking experience is required as we do not bake on-site.
