Small, Friendly Cafe | Full-Time Position | Training & Progression Available
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cafe / Restaurant Manager to join our small, friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced supervisor/manager looking for a recent challenge.
The Role
As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the cafe, supporting the team and making sure our customers receive great service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe
Leading and supporting a small team
Staff training and organisation
Rostering and managing shifts
Ordering stock and monitoring supplies
Opening and closing the cafe
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Handling cash and EFTPOS
Helping with coffee, food and general cafe duties when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable and hardworking
Confident leading a small team
Organised and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
Passionate about good customer service
Hospitality experience is preferred
Previous supervisor or management experience is an advantage

Pay: $55,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
