Paradise Portable Homes is seeking an experienced Office Support / Administrator professional to join our team in Gatton / Plainland, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Modular home division, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage customer inquiries and liaise with clients throughout the custom modular home purchasing process.
Coordinate the administrative tasks related to the delivery and installation of custom modular homes
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all orders and transactions
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and filing
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the residential construction or home sales industry but not essential
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of residential home construction and sales processes is highly desirable
Coordinate external stakeholders
