Part-time Handyman for SRN Property Group, a fast-growing Sydney building business. You will perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties, working on minor carpentry, patching, painting, tiling touch-ups, fixing doors, locks, fences and fittings, and assisting builders and trades on site.
Key responsibilities
General repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
Minor carpentry, patching, painting, tiling touch-ups
Fixing doors, locks, fences and fittings
Assisting builders and trades on site
Pre-handover defect rectification and make-positive works
Keeping sites clean and safe
About you
Proven handyman/maintenance experience
Current driver's licence
White Card (NSW construction induction)
Valuable communication and a can-do attitude
Able to work independently and follow WHS procedures
Trade qualification (e.g. carpentry) – nice to have
Experience with builders or property managers – nice to have
