Position Details:
Location: Ravenhall, VIC
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training: Comprehensive training provided

This role is vital to our daily operations and the ongoing success of our newly established business. It presents an exciting chance for a motivated individual to become a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Completing consignment details into the Transport Management System (TMS)
General data entry and manifesting
Running reports and extracting data using programs such as Manhattan & Transmate
Liaising with allocators and drivers
Managing customer inquiries via email and phone
Scanning and organising documents




Finalising freight deliveries
Customer Liaising

Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in operations or administration within the transport industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of transport operational procedures
Ability to work independently in a agile team environment
High attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and research skills
Robust organisational and time management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Helpful Criteria:
Knowledge of Manhattan & PC Portals.
